AVM Gems is a custom jewelry house built in Arizona. We make grillz, pendants, and bridal pieces the way they were meant to be made — one at a time, from scratch, for one person. Not templates. Not mass production. Every piece starts with a conversation and ends with something that couldn't exist for anyone else.

AVM Gems started with one belief: custom jewelry shouldn't mean picking from someone else's catalog. Real custom means you bring the idea and we build it from zero — a conversation, a 3D CAD render, and then production. Nothing moves until you sign off on every millimeter.
We specialize in three lines: Grillz — our flagship, with a full 3D configurator and complimentary dental scan at Scottsdale Fashion Square. Pendants — one-of-one pieces for logos, portraits, and symbols that matter. And Bridal — custom engagement rings and wedding bands built for the love that doesn't settle.
Every piece is made once, for one person. We don't do stock. We don't do runs. We do the work required to make something that couldn't belong to anyone else.
