Every piece created by AVM Gems is handcrafted specifically for each customer. Because custom jewelry is manufactured to your specifications, most custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production begins.

Custom Grillz

Mold Kit Policy

Mold kits are non-refundable once shipped.

• Customers must follow all included instructions.
• Replacement materials may be purchased if impressions are unusable.
• Unused kits may be returned within 14 days if unopened.

Ready-To-Ship Items

Non-custom jewelry may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

• Item must be unworn.
• Original packaging required.
• Subject to inspection before refund approval.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 72 hours if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Production Delays

Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, design complexity, diamond sourcing, seasonal demand, or carrier delays.

Production delays do not qualify orders for cancellation or refund.

Financing Purchases

Orders placed using financing providers remain subject to the same refund policies outlined above.

Warranty & Repairs

AVM Gems stands behind the quality of its craftsmanship. Manufacturing defects may qualify for repair or replacement review.
