Welcome to AVM GEMS. By accessing or purchasing from our website, kiosk, store, or any affiliated platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they are designed to protect both you and our brand.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By using our site or purchasing from AVM GEMS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny exchanges to anyone who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

2. PRODUCT ACCURACY & AVAILABILITY

We aim to present all products with accurate descriptions, measurements, metal purities, stone grades, and imagery.
However, due to the nature of fine jewelry—especially custom work—slight variations may occur.

AVM GEMS reserves the right to modify product details, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
We accept cash, card, financing options (Acima, Affirm, Afterpay), and other approved payment methods.

Payment is required in full before merchandise can be picked up or shipped.
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before design work begins.

In the event of pricing errors (rare but possible), AVM GEMS reserves the right to cancel or correct the order.

4. CUSTOM WORK & SPECIAL ORDERS

All custom pieces—including CAD designs, mold work, grillz, custom pendants, bridal pieces, and personalized jewelry—require a non-refundable deposit.

Once design work has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
All custom orders are final sale with no refunds or exchanges, as each piece is made specifically for the client.

Production timelines (typically 4–6 weeks during peak season) are estimates and may vary due to design changes, casting delays, stone availability, or shipping disruptions.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers such as FedEx and UPS.
Once an item is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

AVM GEMS is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost/stolen packages
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping insurance is recommended for high-value items.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. AVM GEMS does not offer refunds.

We offer exchanges only within 2 days of purchase for eligible items.

Custom jewelry, grillz, personalized pieces, and any items showing wear are not exchangeable.

7. WARRANTIES & MAINTENANCE

AVM GEMS offers limited complimentary cleanings and inspections for eligible items.
Damage caused by wear, misuse, or accidental impact is not covered.

Repairs are available for an additional fee.
Third-party alterations void all warranties and exchange eligibility.

8. USER CONDUCT & FRAUD PREVENTION

We strictly monitor for fraudulent transactions, counterfeit returns, chargebacks, and misuse of financing programs.

Any suspicious activity may result in order cancellation, customer account denial, or legal action.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website—including images, logos, designs, branding, product descriptions, and media—is the property of AVM GEMS.

You may not copy, duplicate, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

AVM GEMS is not liable for:

Client misuse of jewelry
Lost or stolen items after pick-up
Delays in production due to external vendors
Allergic reactions to metals or plating
Decisions made based on estimated quotes or timelines

Your use of our products and services is at your own risk.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

AVM GEMS may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of our website or services means you accept all updates.
